Seeking an experienced Property Officer to join a Commercial Leasing team in Perth CBD

**Your new company**

A government organisation based in Perth CBD, are seeking an experienced Property Officer to join a Commercial Leasing team as soon as able. This role will initially be offered on a temporary engagement, paying a competitive hourly rate and working full-time hours.

**Your new role**

As the Property Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and managing property records, documentation and databases
- Reviewing prepared and issued leasing reports, ensuring that documentation is in line with department requirements
- Liaising with property managers regarding lease related matters
- Managing invoices for rental and licence fees, ensuring up to date
- Undertaking investigations and research on issues relating to property management
- Research and provide concise written property reports and briefings regarding leasing matters

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered, you will demonstrate previous experience in property management and / or leasing. In addition, you will display:

- Strong written communication skills, with experience in drafting property reports
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working in the government sector (desirable)
