Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a small and growing portfolio of local properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Assist landlords with the preparation of their properties for the market, providing expert advice and support.
  • Develop and prepare marketing materials for properties, including digital and print media.
  • Conduct home opens, effectively showcasing properties to potential tenants and addressing their queries.
  • Perform routine inspections and final bond inspections, maintaining detailed reports and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to property management, including lease agreements, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
  • The opportunity to work alongside Senior Property Managers for professional development and growth

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months experience in property management or a similar role (either as a property manager or property management assistant).
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property management best practices.
  • Team player.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in the use of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Real estate registration or certification.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
