Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of a premium residential portfolio.
  • Drive operational excellence and implement systems for continuous improvement.
  • Grow and sustain the rent roll through strategic initiatives and relationship management.
  • Lead with accountability, initiating change and fostering a culture of ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and uphold best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and elevate client experience.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A seasoned Property Manager with 3+ years' experience.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working autonomously.
  • Skilled in operations and systems management.
  • Experienced in rent roll growth and client retention strategies.
  • A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software.
