We are continuing to grow the Jones and Co team in Yanchep/Two Rocks

Jones and Co is a proudly independent, people-first real estate agency with four offices across Perth. Our Yanchep/Two Rocks team is growing, and you could be key to this next chapter.

Responsibilities

You will have the autonomy to manage your residential portfolio from end to end. From onboarding new tenants to final inspections, you will handle the full spectrum of property management, enabling you to build strong relationships, solve problems proactively, and keep everything running smoothly.

What We Need From You

Customer-Centric Approach: A sincere dedication to providing exceptional service, fostering trust and rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Attention to Detail: Accurate documentation, inspections, and communication are second nature.

Strong Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and consistent communication across all stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Ability: Calm under pressure, with a knack for efficiently and professionally resolving issues.

Tech-Savvy Approach: Comfortable using property management software in a paperless office environment.

Growth Mindset: A constant pursuit of learning, improvement, and adherence to industry standards.

Experience and Credentials: A current Property Manager's License and driver's license, coupled with substantial experience in residential property management.
