- We know there are many, many great PM’s out there and if you think you are one of them, we would be delighted to hear from you Our perfect person would ideally have at least three years Property Management experience, either running their own portfolio or as a very strong PM Assistant looking to take the next step and advance their career._
- _An ability to nurture relationships with owners and tenants alike_
- _Strong communication and accurate record keeping skills_
- _The capacity to showcase their own PM style whilst working to office procedures_
- _A comprehensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancy’s Act_
- And will be required to:_
- _Day to day management and administration of your portfolio, approx. 105 properties_
- _Resolution and follow up of general owner and tenancy matters_
- _Punctual responses to clients communication_
- _Lease sign up’s and renewals_
- _Rent reviews_
- _Minimising rent and invoice arrears_
- _Comprehensive and accurate inspections_
- This is a full-time position with an annual remuneration of $67,000 per year + superannuation._

**Salary**: From $67,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

- Driver Licence (preferred)
