The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive all-rounder who loves property and thrives on getting things done. This hybrid role combines Property Acquisition (sourcing and assessing deals) with Operations/Admin (keeping the engine running smoothly). You'll work closely with our buying team and have direct exposure to how a leading buyer's agency secures properties on and off market.

What you'll do
Property Acquisition (approx. 60%)
  • Source properties on and off market across Perth's metro & inner-ring suburbs
  • Build agent relationships; call through listings and upcoming/pre-market stock
  • Maintain our acquisition pipeline and internal comms updates
Operations & Administration (approx. 40%)
  • Calendar and inbox management, meeting prep and follow-ups
  • First-line response to buyer enquiries; route to the right team member
  • Phone reception, document formatting, CRM updates and general office duties
  • Support with proposals, engagement letters and settlement checklists
What you'll bring
  • A great attitude, initiative and a genuine love of property, investment and wealth creation
  • Strong phone & email communication; professional presentation
  • Solid computer skills (Google/Office, CRM basics) and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle priorities and keep quality high
  • Driver's licence and own car

Nice to have

  • Experience in property (sales, PM, buyer's agency, development, conveyancing)
  • You've bought property yourself or are building an investment portfolio
