**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a newly founded brand builder with offices located in Oslo, Miami and Melbourne. This organisation is a rapidly growing company helping digital brands to grow.

**Your new role**
You will work in a standalone HR role while the HR Manager is out on maternity leave. You'll be responsible for first line HR queries, assisting the CEO with performance reviews and helping line managers with any people issues.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this position, you will have a high level of communication and organisational skills. 3 must haves the client is looking for are
- Understanding the mechanics of people management
- Understanding of awards and agreements (retail industry awards)
- Good HR generalist background

**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will get invaluable exposure to the business operations of a newly formed organisation and the fundamentals of each department and how they operate. You will be offered a flexible working model with a minimum 2 days from home and a salary of 75K-80K + super DOE.
