Global Retail brand seeks new HR Business Partner to support their growth in Sydney and globally

**Your new company**

A well known Australian brand with a wonderful success story of global expansion throughout the past few years is seeking a new HR Business Partner

**Your new role**
- Working at the global head office in Sydney, you will be part of a business partnering team with head office client group of circa 200 employees across finance, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, M&O and Supply Chain.
- You will work closely with all the leaders and employees in all matters of HR and people programs
- You will be responsible for day to day coaching through HR issues
- ER - you will consult and advice on award interpretation and workplace grievances
- Performance reviews and setting up training development programs
- Coaching blue collar and white collar employees through ER issues
- Reward & recognition program management
- Talent management and working with CoE in TA to find the best talent for the client group
- You will also get to deliver on people projects across your client group in partnership with the global HR director
- Managing HRIS systems and processes

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who has supported past or current client groups both in white collar and blue collar
- You will have excellent ER skills and be able to manage end to end grievances and complex issues
- You will have good IT skills and competency working with HRIS and processes
- You will enjoy autonomy and be a self-starter whilst being part of a wider team
- You will ideally have experience of working in the Retail, FMCG, Hospitality or other multi-site businesses with a diverse client group
- You will be hands-on, down to earth and enjoy being at the coalface of a business
