**About the role**
The HRBP's in this organisation are true strategic business partners who forge trusted relationships and rapport with the senior operational directors and line managers of their service region.

The role of the HRBP is to understand the opportunities, challenges and complexities of their service regions and provide strategic and operational HR support. This will look like partnering with key stakeholders to build capability in their workforce, training and development, day to day HR activities, projects, and cyclical HR.

Supported by centres of excellence across the HR sphere and their direct peers, the HRBP's rely on their expertise as an HR Generalist to provide trusted advice to their stakeholders whilst leveraging on the wider HR function to provide specific resources in order to enhance the functionality and success of their specific business unit.

**About you**
To be successful in this position, you will be able to:

- Demonstrate your experience building trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrate your expertise across the full HR Generalist remit in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Consultant or HR BP capacity in areas such as Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Capability Building and Succession Planning, Projects, and cyclical HR.
- Demonstrate your experience in delivering end to end strategic HR objectives across your business unit.
- Work at least 1 day per week at the Parramatta Head Office.
- Work at least 1 day per week at one of your service sites. This will require travel across sites in the Blue Mountains and around the Hunter Region, as well as Greater Western Sydney.

You will ideally have:

- Qualifications in HR, Commerce or Business (majoring in HR) and at least 3-5 years experience in the above capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of systems, data and reporting.
- The appetite to work in a dynamic, complex and future focused organisation.
- Teamwork and collaboration ingrained in your professional persona.
- Your own car
