- Step into a critical leadership role as General Manager, Shared Services, where you’ll shape the future of finance operations during a transformative period for the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead change, drive operational excellence, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality across the organisation.-
- Reporting to the CFO, you’ll oversee the shared services function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other transactional processes. Your focus will be on process standardisation, automation, and building a high performing team that delivers exceptional results.-
- Key responsibilities will include:Define and implement the shared services strategy to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of finance operations, including AP, AR, and master data management.
- Drive process harmonisation and automation using ERP systems and digital tools.
- Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- In addition, you will have:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale shared services functions, ideally in consumer or FMCG environments.
- Proven track record in process optimisation, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience driving change.
- Expertise in ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and compliance frameworks.
