**What will your day look like?**
- Lead the multi-functional Corporate and International services processing teams to deliver excellent service delivery improvements for customers agents, brokers and clients
- Lead the development and implementation of the Partner Services Strategy (and ideal future state) in conjunction with the ICP LT
- Be the client/broker facing representative for Partner Services and attend regularly service update meetings with Brokers/Clients and participate in new business pitches.
- Sit on the ICP LT and represent Partner Services in ICP strategy development, risk management and issues management.
- Coach and support Senior Managers and Team Leaders in their approach to Change Management, Change Leadership and messaging to ensure our people are supported and informed of critical performance and operational metrics
- Work collaboratively with the GM’s for Corporate and International Sales to ensure timely and effective processing of corporate sales

- Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-location and high performing teams
- Proven results in building people capability and engagement
- Demonstrated success with managing third party stakeholders and agreements
- Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to deliver business results and customer satisfaction improvements.
- Extensive professional experience within Health/Financial Services and/or Customer Service industries at a senior level with a particular focus on contact centre environment.
