Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Practice Manager located in Melbourne CBD with some work from home acceptable. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role includes coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows to drive business growth. The Manager will also be tasked with monitoring performance metrics, handling logistics, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

  • Operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization skills
  • Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the professional services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's, certificate or diploma degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
