Getta Burger does burgers the hard way from grinding our own meat for our patties to smoking our Brisket and Pulled Pork.

We are 100% company owned and have 17 stores across Queensland,

We are looking for a Compliance and Training Officer to join the team on a full time basis.

This position is Monday - Friday full time and involves the following responsibilities:

- Visit stores minimum fortnightly and conduct store audits
- From store audits, put in place store improvement plans and see through to actionable outcomes
- Champion food safety at store level and work with managers on best practice
- Develop policy and procedure to ensure consistency across store's when it comes to day to day operations
- Run daily / weekly reports on store performance, highlighting areas for attention/ correction
- Monitor compliance tasks such as banking and product ordering via IAUDITOR safety management system and put in place corrective actions as required
- Monitor reports in POS / Rostering system and identify areas for improvement/action on store level

To be successful in this role, you need the following skills and abilities:

- Food Safety Supervisor training (or willingness to do so)
- Attention to detail and ability to think analytically
- Ability to identify issues, put a plan in place for correction and see this plan through to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan out day/week
- Experience with safety and training systems is desirable

This role will be based in West End reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

A car allowance will be paid as part of this role as the successful applicant will be required to visit multiple stores on a weekly basis

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
