**The Role**
As an RTO Administration Officer, you are responsible for providing administrative support for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and work placement activities. Responsibilities will include data entry into the student management system, compliance checking, and facilitating work placement requests from education providers and employers.
Edutemps are excited to be partnering with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who provide leading online and on-site training and expertise for professionals within the fire protection industry.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in West End.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating student enrolments and checking for accuracy and completeness
- Assisting the team with timetabling, class requirements and resources for RTO programs
- Assisting the compliance team with administrative support required for the successful implementation and management of RTO activities
- Managing any incoming enquiries with a professional, and customer-service focused approach
- Monthly accurate data entry of student enrolments, student results, student attendance and AQTF quality Indicators
- Previous working experience for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative to follow up tasks and people, and prioritise conflicting tasks
- Strong computer skills including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite
