Submissions Lead

This role will see you will join a dynamic marketing and communications team that works collaboratively across our Asia Pacific, New Zealand and Australia region to ensure our clients understand who we are, what our purpose is and what value we bring. We do this by sharing our stories and our views, winning work and celebrating success.
The opportunity:
We are looking for a creative, organised and dedicated professional to join our team and be part of a work winning network for the Australian business. You will continue to drive our win rate by bringing industry best practice to bid strategy and win theme development. You will be results driven and able to motivate and lead a team of professionals to deliver great outcomes.
A key aspect of your role will be the management and production of work winning resources across all sectors of our business. You will also be responsible for leading, coordinating and supporting:
Work winning functions across Australia, supporting the coordination of resource allocation to achieve best-for-region outcomes

Collaboration with our Asia Pacific colleagues on opportunities of strategic significance

Management of end-to-end submission process for major bids including resourcing of submissions, coordination with clients, external bid partners and team members, formulation of writing plans and submission programs, chairing submission meetings, editing technical content and writing non-technical content, and coordination and development of associated presentation materials

Coaching of key project personnel and facilitation of pre-interview and interactive client workshop sessions

Copy editing of technical submission content in addition to the development of non-technical content Coordination of design and desktop publishing activities for submission production using software such as Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite

Administration activities relating to submissions and proposals including soft and hard copy filing and file sharing

Maintenance and upkeep of submission libraries and relevant content, sharing of relevant information for local and global marketing publications and activities

Contribution to training resources, marketing and business development activities and reporting
- What you will bring to the team:
Demonstrated experience’ experience in delivery of submissions, marketing and/or communications

Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver proposals and working winning strategies from start to finish

Experience using Microsoft Office 365

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, and specifically InDesign

Development of creative graphics and visualisation assets

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Effective management and development of teams

Qualifications in marketing or communications (or equivalent) are desirable

Experience in an engineering, construction or infrastructure environment will also be highly regarded.

Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships, including outside of your home office.
