A well-reputed company is seeking a Customer Care Generalist to join their team in Gepps Cross.

**Your new company**
This company is a global leader in the energy technology industry. They lead the digital transformation of energy management and automation in homes, buildings, data centres, infrastructure and industries

**Your new role**
Your main responsibility in this role will be to support internal and external customers with order enquiries, pre-sales and post-sale queries, stock levels, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

You are required to quickly, accurately and professionally respond to customer needs, with a range of contact methods. This role will mean you need to proactively take the opportunity to educate customers on current promotions and ensure you promote cross sale opportunities for all.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, we are looking for reliable, organised and hardworking individuals along with:

- Previous experience in a customer centric role
- Developed problem solving skills and technically savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated the ability to work under pressure
- Previous SAP experience and experience in the electrical industry is desirable
