An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Group Leadership team for an experienced, passionate and driven Bids and Submissions Manager. Recognised as a key cog within the strategic Operations team, this role will be responsible for leading a highly talented and professional team and coordinating a national approach to the Group’s submissions and proposals.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

- Proven ability to prepare and manage major proposals
- Capacity to develop relationships with and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to mentor and develop Regional Submissions Coordinators
- An understanding of Engineering, Design or the Built Environment
