**The Role**:
As an Access Equipment Service Coordinator, your main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for customers who experience breakdowns or issues with their access equipment. You will work closely with internal technicians and external sub-contractors to ensure prompt and effective resolution to these problems in a fast-paced industry. Clear and timely communication will be a critical component of your success in this role, as you will need to maintain constant engagement with all parties involved in the repair and maintenance process.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Receiving inbound requests for servicing, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works from our access equipment customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and providing solutions.
- Priortise customer requests and allocate resources appropriately.
- Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of our Technicians attending to their request
- Engage Subcontractors within level of authority to carry out onsite repairs on behalf of Adaptalift on access equipment

**About You**:
You enjoy working in a fast-paced role juggling multiple priorities at once. You have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships as well as handle the difficult conversations. To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Experience in a customer focused, scheduling or coordination role within Access Equipment or similar industry
- Automotive / Mechanical knowledge or exposure
- Strong attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace
- Ability to prioritise and confident to make decisions
- Advanced problem solving ability
- Professional communication skills
