We're investing in people and fleet, and we now need a **Sales & Account Manager** to help us grow market share across Melbourne's **South-East and Eastern suburbs**.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Win new business** - Prospect construction sites, convert inbound leads, re-engage lapsed customers and turn conversations into revenue.
- **Manage accounts** - Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and hire companies, ensuring retention and growth.
- **Territory focus** - Be the boots on the ground for your region, supported by data, construction indexes and marketing leads.
- **Revenue delivery** - Drive rental utilisation, close deals, and generate consistent sales activity.
- **Team collaboration** - Partner with our rental coordinators and operations teams to deliver seamless customer service.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **At least 12 months B2B sales/account management experience**, ideally in equipment hire, capital sales, or construction-related sectors.
- **Commercial curiosity** - You ask questions, challenge ideas, and look for smarter ways to work.
- **Resilient communicator** - Comfortable walking onto a construction site, introducing yourself, and building rapport.
- **Self-starter** - Able to manage your time and pipeline, with a track record of hitting targets.
- **Industry awareness** - Knowledge of equipment rental, access gear or materials handling a big plus.
- Current and valid **Driver's licence**is essential.
