Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Team Leader for a client based in Narangba, who provides high performance animal nutrition solutions.

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Team Leader for a client based in Narangba, who provides high performance animal nutrition solutions.

The Team Leader will assume responsibility for supervising the day to day production activities and directing relevant plant staff, also ensuring all operating instructions, the production schedule and any set tasks are followed and/or completed within the prescribed period. In all instances, the primary objective is to ensure the production of high-quality feed.

**The key skills required for this role include**:

- Valid forklift licence and experience
- 5 - 10 years' experience within a process manufacturing environment
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate to all of the Manufacturing team (Warehouse, QC, Maintenance)
- Commitment to actively participating in and with the Production team
- Ability to lead
- Knowledge in extrusion processes

**The following skills and qualifications are desirable**:

- Logical thinker
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Sound computing skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office & Excel
- Experience of LEAN manufacturing
