Your Opportunity to Join our Team

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Primary Processing Facility at Murarrie, QLD — a role where you won't just oversee operations but drive efficiency, innovation, and team success.

In this hands-on leadership position, you'll be at the heart of our fast-moving OHCL team, ensuring seamless production, optimising workflows, and mentoring a high-performing team. With the backing of a stable, ASX-listed company, this is your chance to step into a dynamic, team-driven environment and make a real impact.

This Team Leader role is Monday to Friday 5:50am-15:06pm in our Over-Head Cut-up Line (OHCL) department.

Daily Tasks

  • Lead and support the production team to achieve operational targets
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and complete operational reporting tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures and lead corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency

You will bring to this role

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a production environment
  • Proven communication and leadership skills to engage and influence a team
  • Drive the continual improvement of both processes and people
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general administration
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
  • Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with challenges
