**We are currently looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our clients bid team working on a new exciting tender within civils infrastructure.**

The company is a highly regarded Top-Tier Australian Contractor who is part of the Infrastructure Joint Venture, and looking to collaborate to deliver world-class infrastructure projects, which will provide customers with a safe, high quality, reliable, efficient transport solutions and meet the specified performance requirements on a whole-of-life basis.
**Main Duties**
As Document Controller, reporting to the Project Quality Manager, responsible for controlling of the internal and external documents for the bid process.
This including Design Package Submission and Management Plans and ensuring the document Management System is compliant with Project & Bidding Requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in a Document Controller role, with being involved in bids an advantage.
- Proven main contractor experience, and ideally in a Tier 1 contracting environment.
- Previous experience using Acconex and Team binder or similar will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SharePoint considered a bonus.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Need to be well organised and good at time management and dealing with competing priorities
**Benefits**
A package which is in line with the technical nature of the role which includes salary of between $100k - $135K pa + super.
