NSW Government Agency is looking for 2 Document Controllers to support the delivery of a range of infrastructure projects.

**About the role**:

- Assist with the development of document controls and information management systems and records management requirements
- Maintain quality control of the recording of all document, ensuring project team are working from the correct revision.
- Receive, record, distribute and file all documentation, principally incoming and outgoing controlled documents
- Assist with establish consistent program/project electronic document directory, file structure and communications storage protocols
- Responsible for providing/removing access for relevant document management systems to all project and/or program staff as per their roles.
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and / or an equivalent in experience
- Demonstrated experience in document control and information management role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
