SICE ANZ is currently seeking Document Controllers who will play a key role in the delivery of various large infrastructure projects in Sydney by supporting the effective quality control, management, submission and storage of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The day-to-day activities of this position will include:

- Review of project documentation
- Facilitate the submission of all project documentation within time and quality parameters
- Maintain project-related document control register
- Ensure adherence to established operating procedures during document submissions
- Create or participate in the creation of procedures to guarantee the appropriate management of the project records
- Maintain different project registers/databases
- Organise and archive project documents as required
- Provide other administrative support to Project Managers and Leads as required

**Requirements**:
Solid planning, organisation and time management skills are essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
