With a strong focus on client satisfaction, they deliver exceptional solutions across various sectors. They are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Office Coordinator to join our team.

**Your new role**

You will be the go-to person for the whole office as well as working closely with the Director to provide exceptional support. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including organising meetings, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and coordination.
- Oversee the smooth functioning of the office, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Conduct research and compile relevant information for presentations, reports, and special projects.
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, memos, and presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands, ensuring the Director's work-life balance and efficiency.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, EA, or in a similar administrative role:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Experience in Indesign is also preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or interest in architecture or related industries
