**Your new role**

As an Office Coordinator you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support for the Sales team and Sales Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the Sales Management Team through managing and co-ordinating administrative duties as required, which includes clear communication of follow up actions in a timely manner.
- Provide administration support as required by the VIC/TAS and WA/SA Sales team.
- Provide daily assistance to the Sales Manager.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Melbourne Office as required ensuring the office is smoothly across all functions.
- Maintain the samples room in VIC to ensure adequate stock-on-hand and general tidiness/safety of room.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong organisational skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Team oriented but also able to work independently
- Must possess excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation
- Sense of humour
