If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join this organisation as a Facilities Coordinator on a 6-week initial assignment.

**Your new role**

As a Facilities Coordinator for this company, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in the coordination and management of facilities maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Provide excellent receptionist services by greeting and directing visitors, answering queries, and handling incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaise with the Facilities Management and ICT team regarding maintenance works, and organising contractors
- Coordinate monthly reports inclusive of office management
- Assist the hiring team with new hire inductions
- Assist the Facilities Manager in the oversight of the office including maintenance, cleaning, waste removal and data entry.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary education or relevant experience in Facilities Management or relevant facilities experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills and committed to delivery high quality outcomes
- Problem-solving and technical skills
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- COVID double vaccinated
