Cannoleria is a unique concept specialising in the traditional Sicilian dessert, Cannoli. With six shops around Melbourne, more pop-ups already planned for this year, and an Events Department busier than ever, our business is rapidly expanding.

Cannoleria Wholesale Department is looking for a sales extraordinaire to help us grow our young business

Cannoleria Wholesale supplies cannoli and other sweet products to cafés, restaurants, delicatessens and high-end food retails.
We are currently seeking an energetic and ambitious sales representative to join our small dynamic team.
The role involves all facets of sales including maintaining an existing portfolios and developing new business opportunities.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Visit new and existing clients to sample products and answer questions
- Take and correspond orders from clients
- Scheduling regular meetings and appointments with clients
- Networking and ‘cold-calling’
- Reporting and executing sales targets
- Maintaining customer management database
- Driving further growth of the customer base and overall business
- Constant research of performance

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

- High standard of customer service
- Excellent Interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to close deals after a face-to-face meeting
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, individual with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to adapt to specific and varied environments (cafe/casual venues/high-end deli)
- Goal-oriented and persuasive
- Able to establish and maintain client relationships
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple schedules and deadlines.
- Well-presented physically and verbally
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with computers/IT systems

Remuneration Full time base salary $60 000.00 + Super + Company Vehicle + Phone + Laptop

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
