- Partners in Performance is experiencing a strong demand from our clients and consultants to develop digital solutions - for both internal use and client use. These solutions fall into two main areas:
**Power Platform**
- Advise consulting teams and their clients on building and deploying apps to client infrastructure
- Manage, coach and provide formal training to “citizen” developers within the company

**Azure Analytics Platform**
- Analytics platform that allows ingestion and transformation of client data for once-off or ongoing analysis using visual analytics tools. This will be based on Microsoft Azure stack. The solutions may be built on, or migrated to client-owned infrastructure
- This role offers the opportunity to advise upon, manage and create a wide range of technical solutions. Your hands-on technical experience and your high-level solution design experience will be highly sought after.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- End-to-end design, build and management of our internal apps platform. The apps will be used to facilitate internal department and engagement processes.
- End-to-end support to assist in the handling and transformation of large client data sets to allow our consultants to interact with the data using visualisation tools such as Power Bi and Tableau. This will include handling once-off data sets as well as real-time reporting on client data.
- Advise and assist on the design and build of standard Power App “tools”. These will be built by our consultants on engagements. E.g. benchmarking tools, surveys, ideas pipeline tracking.
- Advise on client digital opportunities to facilitate their internal processes. Review the existing client infrastructure and capability and assess the relative value/ease of implementation. E.g. does the opportunity require a major project? Do our consultants and/or client teams have the capability to deliver the functionality or do we need to bring in 3rd party vendor.

The latter responsibility will not only require your knowedge of the Microsoft Stack, but also how the client data will flow, be aggregated, transformed and stored from core client systems such as SAP to the end visualisation or app. Hence ERP and ETL knowledge required. Coordinate with preferred vendors so you will not need to be an expert in all solution and system architecture, but should know what support to seek.- Other responsibilities will include:
- Drive the required digital capability uplift of our consultants through creating Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Stack awareness through training forums and materials.
- Contribute to client proposals as required
- Write and maintain internal systems and integration documentation

Willingness to travel as needed - may be required to train staff and / or clients in different geographies a few times a year**Key Competencies**:
