They specialise in a range of issues such as autism, sensory difficulties, physical disabilities and learning difficulties. Currently they are seeking an efficient Practice Manager to oversee and provide administrative support to clients and employees. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Director to monitor quality of therapeutic services provided - Dealing with any escalated client issues - Identifying areas for improvement - Contributing to and management of administration processes and financial reporting - Ordering of therapy supplies - Human resources, hiring of staff, performance management, induction and training - Practice performance monitoring and analysis - Managing reception staff schedule and supporting team - Assisting with marketing activities and social media presence **Essential skills & experience** - Proactive approach to decision making and problem solving - High level of communication skills written and verbal - Previous experience managing staff - Track record of successful business improvement, budget development and management and tight cost control - Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. - Understanding the Medicare benefits schedule and Private Health Funds - Able to work productively within a team environment and ability to communicate with a diverse range of people - Strong computer skills with proven proficiency using practice management or CRM software in a paperless environment If you are seeking a long-term position where you can feel valued and play to your strengths, then we look forward to hearing from you.
