We're currently looking for an energetic and friendly Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office Leadership Team at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport.

Located in the heart of Mascot suburban, with all 252 rooms recently renovated, the modern rooms are designed to make our guests smile. From the comfortable beds, 55-inch TVs, Nespresso Pod machines, free Wi-Fi and soundproof windows with black out blinds, our rooms are designed to make our guests forget the outside world, and enjoy their time with us.

As Front Office Supervisor, you will assist with the check in / out of guests, room allocations and handle guest queries and complaints efficiently whilst providing operational support and supervision on shift.

In addition, you will support with the training and on-boarding program for all new starters within the Front Office team and assist with Duty Manager on a rotational basis.
- 1-2 years of guest service/hotel experience across Front Office and/or Food & Beverage and looking to take the next step in their career
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable interacting with Guests and Colleagues and ability to create genuine connections
- Ability to problem solve & remain calm in busy periods
- Excellent skills in POS or hotel PMS systems will be key and experience with Infrasys or Opera would be essential
- Full Drivers Licence preferred
- Right to Legally work in Australia
