As Front Office Supervisor, your day will involve a mix of property management duties, hotel front office supervisory tasks and administrative responsibilities. You will oversee the reservations process, market our properties creatively, show rooms, conduct inspections and provide excellent customer service at our front office reception desk.

This role requires you to work Monday to Friday, but may involve additional hours during peak intake periods. We offer a range of employee benefits including learning and development programs, career progression, rewards and recognition, mental health and wellbeing programs and more.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • Real Estate Qualifications (or willing to attain within first 6 months)
