Silkari Suites at Chatswood is located in the heart of Chatswood's shopping and entertainment precinct offering a variety of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to with assist the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Supervise rostered shift on the front desk;
- Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations;
- Assist guests with special requests, general information, transportation, and any other reasonable requests as they arise;
- Ensure that Front Office shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff, and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times;
- Assign duties to staff and ensure adherence to hotel policies;
- Provide training to staff;
- Receive and resolve guest complaints/issues;
- Maintain accurate records including cash flow;
- Ensure property and work areas are maintained to standard;
- Build strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff and departments;
- All other duties as assigned by the Hotel Manager or Management.

**You will possess**:

- Strong customer focus, a friendly and polite personality;
- Hotel Front Office experience is a must;
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster;
- A strong work ethic, energetic, a quick learner and excellent personal presentation;
- Team orientated;
- Be an excellent communicator and possess time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 - $39.00 per hour
