OverviewAs a Front Office Supervisor, reporting to the Front Office Manager at The Star Grand Hotel, you will work at the forefront of luxury hospitality. You will oversee Front Office Operations and lead a professional team to deliver five-star service and memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and engage Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service
- Ensure professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team
- Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent recurrence
- Foster positive working relationships between departments and teams
- Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar
- Ability to work independently and take appropriate action on guest requests
- Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster and night shifts
