The opportunity has become available for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to bring their passion for service to our Front of House Operations and to drive a VIP experience for our guests.   

The Role

As Front Office Supervisor your role will be to oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and efficient team performance. 

Taking a hands-on approach, your day to day will involve managing a high level of guest experience through all guest interactions including check ins/out, processing of transactions, handling guest enquiries and complaints and more

Working collaboratively with all other department managers, including F&B, you will excel in creating a memorable experience for our guests. At Oxford House, our mission is to create a VIP experience for our guests.

Having worked in some of Sydney's best boutique or luxury hotels as a Front of House Supervisor or Guest Service Agent you will be well equipped to hit the ground running.  Hospitality and Guest service is in your DNA and you are passionate about what you do.
