**Team Manager Application Platforms - Honey Insurance**
Join our dynamic Application Services team as a Team Manager Application Platform, managing our Honey Insurance partnership.
In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in overseeing the governance, and support of our partner Honey in delivering operational success. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of our Eight Mile Plains office. Leading a team of two permanent employees, this role reports into a Manager Application Platforms.
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Deliver a robust Honey strategy to support our business goals, including identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data flow, and enhance the overall efficiency of our systems.
- Assume a strategic role in the analysis, planning, coordination, and guidance of teams responsible for supporting operational effectiveness for our partner Honey.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scoping to implementation and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and align solutions with organisational objectives.
- Manage relationships with all solution providers and technology partners, negotiating contracts and SLAs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Stay current with technologies and trends, providing insights and recommendations for technology adoption and improvements.
**About you**:
- 5+ years of experience in a Manager or similar role
- Experience as a Project manager, Solution Delivery Lead, or similar role
- Extensive hands-on experience with stakeholder liaison and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality organisation wide.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Insurance industry
