**Description**

As our new Team Manager Application Platforms (Integration), you will lead the implementation, governance, and support core integration platform at RACQ. This includes analysing, planning, organising, and leading the team supporting integrations while managing scope, capacity, and forecasts in line with Technology wide IT Service Management and Delivery Practices.

About you
- Proactively manage your team to ensure effective succession planning, rostering, and recruitment.
- Strong experience in a similar leadership technology role.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and agile delivery model
- Identify opportunities for optimization, redesign, or process improvement.
- Hold strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality to employees business wide.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
