We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our Insurance Claims Quality Assurance team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for providing strong leadership, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set clear expectations and direction for the Quality Assurance team.
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
- Lead by example to achieve member, operational, and engagement goals.
- Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory and code expectations.
- Drive team performance to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Promote and undertake initiatives for continuous improvement.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and internal stakeholders alike.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven track record in leading and coaching high-performing teams, especially during times of change.
- Inspire team members to be their best and deliver exceptional results.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities to provide clear and decisive solutions.
- Experience and/or understanding of outstanding customer service.
