At Lumus Imaging, we’re inspired to care for health and well-being at every stage of life. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our National Contracts Team, supporting our customers with excellence and professionalism.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for National Contract customers, resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Process customer requests accurately, meeting contractual KPIs and SLAs.- Maintain accuracy across multiple systems, ensuring end-to-end processes are completed.- Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within commercial contracts.- Adhere to WHS and cybersecurity policies to maintain a safe and secure workplace.

About You- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally within healthcare.- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and web-based systems.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
