With more than 35 years’ experience, our services include fleet finance (cars mostly), vehicle sourcing, novated leasing and fleet management (all that comes with maintaining a vehicle) or heavy vehicle or machinery.

This role will support the Customer Relationship Team in building long and effective working relationships with customer representatives in order to achieve business objects and superior customer satisfaction.
You don’t have to have experience in automotive or fleet, just experience in Customer Service and Administration and our experienced team can teach you the rest.
Responsibilities:
- Raise quotes in the database for fleet customers
- Obtain orders of vehicles from customers
- Vehicle replacement and re-registration
- Order fuel cards
- Coordinate reports for lease extensions and expiries
- Ownership and resolution of registration, fuel card and fines management issues
- Coordination of transport logistics for returned vehicles with remarketing
- Coordination of mini-lease vehicles as required
- Assist the Business Development Managers with quotations for new business
- Provide telephone support for Relationship Managers (Sales Staff) to answer queries and take accurate messages
You will bring:
- Confidence in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Solid experience working in a corporate administration environment with high level customer service
- Added bonus if you have supported a sales team before
