We are the exclusive distributor of premium nursery brands and we are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Chatswood. The role will be responsible for providing world-class Customer Service to our customers via various service channels and executing our daily end-to-end office and administration activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support retail store and brand events when needed
- Deliver a world-class quality customer service experience that exceeds expectations
- Proactively enter and manage customer orders
- Updating and maintaining website content on a daily basis
- Working closely with the marketing and sales team
- Identify opportunities to add value to every customers experience
- Promote our brand and products by being helpful and informative

**About you**:

- Previous customer service and retail experience preferred
- Experienced in dealing directly with consumers
- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- You possess a strong attention to detail and often pick up on things that others would miss
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a small team
- Willing to collaborate with other areas of the business to improve customer experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
