About this opportunity

If you are passionate for big events, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy all the elements of events from planning to delivery then read on.

Working collaboratively with the Delivery team and stakeholders across the business, your focus will be on delivering exceptional experiences to the clients of the business. You will act as the main point of contact for all our exhibitors, collecting all necessary client information in a timely fashion, and providing key information to our clients so they can enjoy a successful event. You will champion the customer experience and consistently work to provide the best possible customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling all administrative tasks relating to the client experience, including delivering all pre-event communications to exhibitors
- Manage all exhibitor enquiries, providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- After a sale has been completed, work collaboratively with sales to develop a wholistic understanding of the client and their needs, then manage the ongoing communications between clients and the business.
- Assisting the Delivery & Sales teams in acquiring required information from clients, and assisting on site during event delivery
- Working closely with a variety of stakeholders including clients, sales, and delivery teams to ensure the fulfilment of a smooth and successful event.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

As a developing events professional you will be a proactive, driven individual with superior attention to detail, and a passion for supporting others and being an integral team player. Being someone who works successfully under pressure, you will have strong time management and prioritising skills, as well as the ability to handle stress calmly and professionally. A balance between autonomy and teamwork will suit you, upholding sensational standards of customer service and support, as well as consistent and solid demonstration of accountability. You will have a high level of professionalism, particularly in verbal and written communication, whilst also knowing when and how to have fun as a team. You will be able to work irregular hours and travel interstate when required, particularly when events are being delivered.

**Ideal Qualities**:
Experience in a customer service position, such as events, retail, or hospitality
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
EventsAir knowledge is preferred but not essential.
Salesforce knowledge is preferred but not essential.
