With this, the organisation has continued to grow and flourish and they now have an exciting Customer Service Coordinator position for a dedicated customer service professional to join their team.

**The responsibilities include, but will not be limited to**:

- Manage and coordinate customer enquiries and action as required
- Manage end-to-end order management, from receipt of customer orders and processing through to billing, including logistics documentation as required
- Sales support including coordinating product information, information about shortage and solutions, sales administration, and reporting
- Coordinate with customers, sales, production, warehouse, and service providers to ensure customers receive goods on-time
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with demand planner to ensure customer requirements are met
- Support the customer service team and other business units when required

**To be successful you will need**:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar customer service position
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain & Logistics, International Business, Commerce (or similar) advantageous
- Computer illiteracy - SAP experience advantageous
- Team player, flexible and adaptable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Count yourself as someone who is highly curious and is eager to learn
- Strong willingness to learn and develop, can-do attitude
