**The Opportunity**
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a talent team that recruits across an award-winning technology group, where you’ll work closely with the group executives to achieve great things.
**What you'll be doing**
- Leading a Talent Acquisition (TA) team focused on recruiting across all five business units in the group: Telecom, Cloud, Government, Data Centres, & Services.
- Acting as a key brand champion for us in the market, & working on talent branding projects across the business units
- Be focused on leading a team that has high levels of data hygiene to ensure that important TA metrics are effectively measured & acted upon
- Be a trusted advisor who provides strategic talent data insights to group executives & hiring managers
- Developing a deep understanding of this complex Tech business to enable you to have a great impact
- Hands on recruitment for business critical roles across the group
- You'll lead a variety of exciting talent acquisition projects.
**Your ideal skills & experience**
- Experience managing a team of recruiters - being passionate about leading people & developing team culture
- The ability to work closely with group executives & hiring managers to achieve great outcomes in talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting roles in IT & Tech (Recruiting in the Data Centres, Cloud, IT Infrastructure space would be beneficial) - agency or internal
- Proven track record of effectively utilising talent data to make informed process improvements
- Being a strategic thinker - can look at a problem and think of new and exciting ways of solving it
- Being proactive - Iterating & improving, & having an impact on how we do things
