Your Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our national recruitment team for our client, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, based out of Chatswood, working across blue and white collar roles.
In this role you will be leading a high performing Talent Acquisition team that are truly collaborative, innovative and deliver forward thinking recruitment strategies. As the onsite face of PeopleScout you will build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, quickly developing your understanding of the clients' business. You come with an understanding of reporting, metrics and analysis, along with an ability to use this data to develop meaningful conclusions.
You may be coming from agency land and looking to work closer and more in depth with an engaged client group. You may be coming from an inhouse role and looking for more autonomy and ownership, coupled with extensive support.Either way we want to talk to you.
