**The Opportunity**:
We are currently searching for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team in supporting the business as we continue to grow nationally. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of disciplines in our business, looking to attract and engage top talent, as well as employee and talent development.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of a variety of roles across Australia.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior management to provide strategic, practical and proactive talent solutions.
- Undertake search activities to source talent.
- Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish a communication loop with key stakeholders.
- Be part of the HR team working on projects and employee learning and development activities.
- Working closely with our overseas shared service team in the recruitment of particular roles.

**The person**:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with:

- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Previous experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role, or recruitment agency consultant
- Proven knowledge of proactive sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Good time management and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attitude to teamwork and collaboration
