PeopleScout, the world's largest RPO provider is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to work on a Media Group account.
Working closely with the Client Delivery Manager this role will be a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team. The role will lead & contribute to value-add projects for the client, such as hiring manager training, high performance profiling, grad programs etc.
The role will act as an escalation point for all positions falling within the designated agency groups, as well as providing regular reporting on recruitment performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior client(s) and provide strategic solutions to current and future talent requirements across your agency patch.
- Strong client focus: demonstrates understanding of exceptional customer service and ensures effective internal and external relationships are in place with key client stakeholders to deliver that service
- Ability to communicate with clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs, adjusting the message and medium of delivery where appropriate
- Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement/innovation and best practice through successful project management of TA initiatives
- Adept at refining systems and processes to optimize performance and productivity
- Understand client's requirements, advise, and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
- Manage advertisement campaigns, referrals and conduct behavioural interviews, reference checks and other relevant offer process.
- Work with the PeopleScout Specialist teams to design and deliver quarterly continuous improvement plans
- Work with other internal PeopleScout functions to continue to deliver on opportunities to optimize performance of recruitment processes and general service delivery

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 5 years' experience in talent acquisition (either in-house or on-site through an RPO provider)
- Previous experience in media/advertising/creative highly regarded
- Ability to communicate with clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs, adjusting the message where appropriate
- Adept at refining systems and processes to optimize performance and productivity
- Solid knowledge of current TA market insights, trends, and technology
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; Word and Excel
- Proficient with applicant tracking or CRM systems
