PHE is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at our newly renovated office in Fortitude Valley. With over 50 years of experience, PHE is a leading provider of electrical and instrumentation operations support services across various industries, including mining, hydropower generation, remote gas power generation plants, food and beverage, pulp and paper manufacturing, and timber processing.

**Position Overview**:
As a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. Demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and exceptional time management skills, you will work both independently and collaboratively within our team to support our recruitment efforts.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the business.
- Ensuring compliance and conducting reference checks.
- Building and maintaining relationships with department heads and Site Managers.
- Monitoring and optimising the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy.
- Updating and maintaining employee files.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 1+ years' experience in talent acquisition within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in the full life-cycle recruitment process.
- Experience using LiveHire or similar ATS would be preferable.
- Understanding of electrical, construction, or mining roles preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Effective collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and project management abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- Degree or qualification in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Ability to pass a National Police Check.
