This role is pivotal to our People Experience/HR function and will contribute to employee lifecycle administration tasks. This will include: - With support from the Talent Acquisition Partners, ensure that - Create weekly and monthly reports on recruitment metrics - Serve as a super user for our recruitment system, MyRecruitmentPlus (MRP), provide user support and troubleshoot issues - Perform a variety of admin tasks including payment of invoices, scheduling meetings etc. - Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team on other programs and projects **What will you bring**: - Recruitment administration experience or administration experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment - Working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes - Proven experience working in a fast paced, relationship management/customer service environment - You are a true people person and enjoy engaging with people from all backgrounds both in person and over the phone - You can easily prioritise and manage up; organisation will be key - Knack for picking up systems quickly; previous experience with MyRecruitmentPlus (or similar ATS) Xref and ServiceNow would be great - Strong computer skills and extensive experience with Outlook, Excel and Word - Experience working in a disability services or not-for-profit environment would be highly regarded - A Certificate IV in Human Resources or similar certification (or working towards) would be great but not essential **How you can apply** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check**, a positive **Blue Card** and a **NDIS Worker Screening Card.** Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
