**The opportunity**

We are currently seeking two **Talent Acquisition Coordinators**to work within our high performing Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane.

The scope of these roles is broad and will include coordinating recruitment processes; supporting new starters; providing support for systems and processes, reporting and analytics, participating in advertising and other projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with hiring managers in relation to advertising requirements
- Assist with the issuing of employment contracts and letters
- Support TA Advisors with the processing of new employee onboarding
- Ensure 100 % data integrity of HR and TA systems.
- Participate in a range of TA Projects
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our services

**About you**
- Relevant qualifications in HR or Business would be highly regarded but are not essential.
- 1-2 years' experience in a human resources role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to constantly improve and look for opportunities to innovate and change
